What you are getting

A free iPhone app that reads bank statements you give it and shows you what they contain. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no advertising. We may change or stop the app in future.

It is not financial advice

This is the important one. Dr Bling Bling describes what your money did. It does not advise you, does not recommend or sell any financial product, and nothing it shows you should be treated as a recommendation to do or not do anything with your money.

If you need advice, ask somebody qualified to give it.

Check the figures against your bank

The app reads statements automatically and it can get things wrong. Where a statement prints a running balance, the app checks its own arithmetic against it and tells you the result, which catches most reading errors but not all of them.

Your bank's statement is the authority, not this app. Do not rely on what it shows you for anything that matters without checking it.

Your data is yours

Everything the app holds is on your device, and on your iCloud if you chose that. You can remove any of it, or all of it, at any time. We claim no rights over it, because we never receive it.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it, including decisions taken on the strength of what it showed you.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
