Dr Bling Bling
Snoop looks through your spending and suggests ways to save. Dr Bling Bling tells you what your money did and stops there.
If you want an app to spot cheaper deals and nudge you towards them, Snoop is built for that and the free version is generous.
If you want to know what happened without being sold anything, even helpfully, and without creating an account, this app is the other way round.

Snoop's own site sets out how it earns money, and it says your data is anonymised for insights and that it never sees your bank password. Reviews are not consistent on the Plus price, so check the app.
It can actively save you money by finding a cheaper deal, and this app will not do that. It updates by itself, and its free version does a lot.
We have no switching commissions and no data to anonymise, since your statements never reach us. Nobody earns anything from what you do next, so the monthly check-up has no reason to steer you. It says what started, what stopped and what went up, then finishes.
You also do not need an account, a phone number or an address. You install it and give it a statement.
It will not find you a better broadband deal, and it does not update by itself. It describes what happened and what it cost, and you decide what to do about it.
Free to download, and every way of adding a statement is free. No bank login, no account, no subscription.
It uses regulated Open Banking and says it never sees your bank login. Whether you want your transactions on its systems is your call.
From the one-time purchase. There are no adverts, no referrals and no data, because the app collects none.
Written by the people who make Dr Bling Bling, so weigh it accordingly. What we say about other apps is what they published on 1 November 2026, and prices and features change. Their names belong to their owners, and we have no connection with them. Sources: Snoop, Snoop on data, Money to the Masses review.
